The objective of this research work is to determine whether or not there are significant differences between the relationship of Self-efficacy of informational competencies and teaching performance in Regular Basic Education of San Luis de Shuaro Chanchamayo-Junín, the hypothesis raised was that there is a significant and direct relationship between self-efficacy in informational competencies and teaching performance in Regular Basic Education of San Luis de Shuaro Chanchamayo-Junín, where both variables establish a relationship, but no cause or effect between them is studied, the study is characterized by being descriptive transversal and / or transactional for the validation of the hypothesis we used the descriptive correlational design. The existing relationship of variable 1 Self-efficacy in informational competencies and variable 2 teaching performance was investigated and in specific terms in relation to the educational level; Initial, Primary and Secondary of the teachers of San Luis de Shuaro Chanchamayo-Junín. The technique is the survey and the instruments used are the questionnaires of the psychometric technique IL - Humas of Rodríguez Olmo and Martínez (2012), and the teacher performance questionnaire. The research hypothesis was validated, the general objective was demonstrated, and the significant relationship between self-efficacy in information skills and teacher performance in regular basic education in educational institutions in San Luis de Shuaro Chanchamayo-Junín was determined.
