The main objective of the research is to reach high quality education and improve people’s potential by caring for all kinds of needs in education services. These goals would improve the relationship between the general management of the central government education and the inclusion of the basic regional institution of La Perla, Callao. Seventeen teachers of different basic regular educational institutions participate in the investigation. All of them responded to a survey that was used to evaluate the education management and examine the correlation of values toward the inclusion education. The main result was that, according with the coefficient of correlation to Rho of Spearman, exist a significant relation between the education management and the inclusion education which is a moderate relation magnitude of (,612**) and a positive tendency. Likewise, the p value is lower in statistic value ((P= ,009 < 0,05) meaning that it makes the hypothesis null and accepts the alternative hypothesis. In conclusion and following the general objective, a significant relationship does exist between the education management and the inclusion education in the educational institutions of La Perla, Callao, 2020, which means that both variables correlate in moderate magnitude (,661**) and in a positive tendency.
