The objective of the present investigation was to determine how the family social climate and the learning of the 5th grade students of the I.E. Emilio Soyer-2018. The focus was on quantitative research, of a correlational descriptive type, of non- experimental design. The population was composed of 175 students, of whom a sample of 120 was taken, to whom the Moss Questionnaire on Family Social Climate was applied, consisting of 90 questions referred to the variable Family Social Climate; with dichotomous answers (True-False); and a 10-question questionnaire for the learning variable, with five Likert-type response alternatives; the instrument had a strong reliability (0.825). The analysis corresponding to the results of the survey was made, arriving at the empirical demonstration that a significant majority (82%) supports or positively considers the requirements of the indicators and the dimensions proposed in the instrument; 65.8% live in family climates VERY GOOD and GOOD; this was widely corroborated and contrasted using the chi square. It was concluded that the family social climate is significantly related to the learning of the 5th grade students of the I.E. Emilio Soyer - 2018.
