The objective of this research work was titled, “Soft skills and professional profile in master's students of the Graduate School of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2019”, whose objective was to determine the relationship that exists between the skills soft skills and the professional profile in master's students of the Graduate School of the National University of Education Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2019. The research methodology follows the quantitative approach, it is a basic type study, with a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational design. , where two polytomous questionnaires validated by expert judgment and tested by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient have been used as a data collection instrument based on the perception of the teachers surveyed. Likewise, after having developed the research, applied the instruments and carried out the statistical processing, the following conclusion was reached: There is a correlation between variables, which is confirmed with the value of p = 0.000 <0.005, and a correlation of (Rho 0.771). The conclusion, through these results, can be confirmed that it is significant (p=value 0.000), the alternative hypothesis is accepted, between soft skills and the professional profile in master's students from the school of Postgraduate from the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education 2019, the correlation is high.
