The objective of this research was to determine the level of relationship between the perception of the nursery service and the work performance by the workers of the Hipólito Unanue Hospital, Lima, 2017. As we know the first three years of life are crucial in the development of child, the child does not achieve these advances alone, he does so with the help of his parents, then, to continue his development, the child will need to be inserted into the school, a space where he will not only find professionals who will educate him, you can also interact with children your age. This new environment stimulates other capacities, not only cognitively but also socially and emotionally, that is why the realization of this research. It is descriptive, and measures the correlation between the perception of childcare and work performance. The instrument applied for data collection was two instruments, the first to measure the perception of the childcare service and the second to self-analyze their work performance. The result indicated that there are high levels in terms of the relationship between the perception of the nursery service and the work performance by the workers of the Hipólito Unanue Hospital, Lima, 2017.
