The objective of this research work was that every human being, teachers build conceptions, social attitudes, representations, beliefs and expectations regarding the world and the people around them. In the classroom context, these elements refer to your students and their academic performance. Teaching work can be influenced by various variables. The purpose of this research is to specifically examine the existence of a relationship between inclusive education and teachers' attitude towards it, in the Public Educational Institutions of Cercado de Lima. Possible connections between social attitudes towards inclusion on the part of teachers are discussed, in addition, the effects of some environmental variables and some aspects related to the students themselves are addressed. Mastery of specialized knowledge and competence in the use of different advanced resources are relevant, but efficiency in the construction of inclusive education depends on the context created by teachers who are genuinely favorable to inclusion. The research in its methodological aspect presents a quantitative approach, correlational descriptive level and non-experimental design, in a transversal way. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. This collection was obtained from a sample of 32 teachers. The results allow us to verify that there is a positive and significant relationship between inclusive education and teachers' attitude towards it, in the Public Educational Institutions of Cercado de Lima.
