The objective of this research work was to establish the relationship between nutritional status and the risk of eating disorders of the students of the María Reyna de los Apóstoles Educational Institution, 2021. Methodology: Correlational study with a sample of 150 students from first to fifth year of secondary school obtained through census sampling. The instruments used were the stadiometer, digital scale, caliper and tape measure whose anthropometric information (weight, triceps fold size, abdominal perimeter and nutritional status) was recorded in the Anthropometric Record Sheet, in addition to this the Inventory of the TCA (EDI-3) to determine the risk of eating disorder. Results: 73.3% of the students were at low risk of suffering from eating disorders, 23.3% were at medium risk, and 3.3% were at no risk. 70% of the students had a normal body mass index, 21.7% were overweight, 5% were thin, and 3.3% were obese. The statistical test was the non-parametric Rho Spearman test. Conclusion: There is a significant, negative and very strong relationship between nutritional status and the risk of eating disorders in students.
