The main objective of this study is to determine the relationship between motivational management and labor performance of administrative staff at the National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, 2018. The type of study is applied research. The population is made up of 60 administrative staff who work in the National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza; the sample is probabilistic and is constituted by 52 administrative workers. The survey and documentary analysis were used as a data collection technique. Two instruments were available: a questionnaire on motivational management and a questionnaire on job performance. The Spearman correlation test was used for the data analysis. The results regarding the variable motivational management showed that 58% of administrative staff present a high level, 27% a medium level and 16% a low level. And as for the variable labor performance 52% of administrative employees have a high level, 35% a medium level and 7% a low level. It was concluded in relation to the two variables that there is a statistically significant relationship between the motivational management and the work performance of the administrative staff in the National Hospital Arzobispo Loayza, 2018, achieving a positive regular correlation (r = * 0,889) to 95% confidence.
