The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between administrative management and job performance of the teachers of the CETPRO “United Nations” Callao, 2019. The sample consisted of 30 teachers. The method used was the hypothetical-deductive, the purpose was the non-experimental design of a cross-sectional correlational level; The information was collected in a specific period, the survey technique and the data collection instrument were developed, it was a questionnaire that was used to collect information from the teachers. For the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's alpha was used, which was high in both variables: 0.965 for the administrative management variable and 0.968 for the job performance variable. For the descriptive analysis, tables of frequency distribution and the bar graph were made. And for the recruitment of the hypothesis was carried out by Rho de Spearman. The research concluded that there is a good correlation (Rh0 = 0.766) between administrative management and job performance of the teachers of the CETPRO “United Nations” Callao, 2019. Being P value = 0.000 <0.05; which indicates that there is a correlation. This confirmed the hypothesis and the general objective of the study.
