The present work is titled "Labor performance of administrative staff and user satisfaction at Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas, Loreto, 2020", which had the general objective of: Establishing the relationship between the job performance of administrative staff and satisfaction of the users at Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas, Loreto, 2020. Methodologically, the research was of a quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive- correlational design, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the sample was selected probabilistically by simple randomization and was made up of 115 administrative workers, to whom two questionnaires were applied to evaluate the variables work performance and user satisfaction. The results showed that 56% of the respondents considered work performance at a low level and user satisfaction at a low level by 70%, the results also showed that the dimensions of user attention, interpersonal relationships and attitude towards work showed a significant relationship with user satisfaction. It is concluded that job performance and user satisfaction present a significant relationship with a moderate positive intensity, the Rho value was equal to 654 and the p. Value equal to 0.000, which allows accepting the research hypothesis.
