The objective of this research work was to know the various evidences repeated daily in the Educational Institution 501345 of Catarata-Pichari- Cusco in 2019, as well as the theoretical sources used, made it possible to gradually consider the teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the academic performance of students, as a research problem, specifically, at the secondary level and the area of Social Sciences, carrying out a research with a mixed, descriptive and non-experimental approach, with a correlational design and a transectional section, applying a checklist and a study sheet documentary validated through expert judgment and its reliability established by Cronbach's alpha, to a non-random or intentional sample of 3 teachers and 38 students. It was found that there is a very high correlation between teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the academic performance of the students in the sample. Additionally, it was found that there is an insignificant difference in correlation between the aforementioned teacher-student interpersonal relationships and the type of learning involved in academic performance in the area of Social Sciences, that is, this is how Whether it is conceptual, procedural or attitudinal learning, the level of correlation is always very high.
