The objective of this research work was to determine the influences of the "Virtual platform Saving Lives - Kotosh" on the First Aid knowledge of Morgan del Oriente workers during the pandemic, conducting a quantitative and experimental research, applying questionnaires to 100 workers before and after the application of the virtual course to observe the scores and levels of first aid knowledge in its dimensions: theoretical concepts, basic elements of first aid, in case of "airway obstruction", in case of cardiac arrest, in soft tissue injuries and shock, in burns and hypothermia, in case of "poisoning, bites, stings and unexpected illnesses" and in hard part injuries and first aid kit. It was validated by expert judgment and was made reliable by KR20, since the data were dichotomous. The descriptive results showed the knowledge levels of the pretest, with a tendency to be medium level, considering that 10 workers in the pretest are at the low level (score from 0 to 15) and 90 workers in the pretest are at the medium level (score from 16 to 32). To obtain the inferential results, the Wilcoxon test was used, and it was found that the Asymptotic Sig. was 0.000, for which the null hypothesis was objected and the alternative hypothesis admitted. In the dimensions of knowledge management, reflective practices and adaptation to change, the same value of the Asymptotic Sig. was found, so it was concluded that the "Virtual platform Saving Lives - Kotosh" influences the knowledge of First Aid of Morgan del Oriente workers in the current context of the pandemic.
