The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between teaching practice and the quality of services at the Private University of Pucallpa, according to the students of the area of methodology of scientific research, semester 2018-I. The research carried out was of a quantitative approach, of a basic type, of a correlational level, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population was conformed by 280 students, whose sample was probabilistic, constituted by 105 subjects. For the study of the variables: Teaching practice and quality of services, the survey was used as a data collection technique, which used the questionnaire as an instrument, the same ones that were previously duly validated, with optimal levels of reliability. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship (p = 0,000) in the level of very strong positive correlation (r = 0,916) between the teaching practice and the quality of services. Finally, the conclusions indicate that: There is a significant relationship between the teaching practice and the quality of services at the Private University of Pucallpa, according to the students of the area of methodology of scientific research, semester 2018-I, with a level of significance of 0,05 and Spearman's Rho = 0,916 and p-value = 0,000 <0,05.
