La cultura organizacional y su incidencia en el servicio administrativo en la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle 2016

Abstract

La investigación tiene como fin la consecución del grado de Maestro en Administración con mención en Gestión Pública y para ello he planteado el problema ¿Qué relación existe entre la cultura organizacional y el servicio administrativo en la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2016? La población se encontró conformada por 438 personal no docente de esta Casa Superior de Estudios , con una población muestral de 150 trabajadores a los cuales se les aplicó dos cuestionarios planteados en función a las variables en estudio. La investigación fue elaborada bajo un diseño correlacional, el muestreo fue probabilístico con afijación proporcional. Se concluyó que existe una relación significativa entre la cultura organizacional y el servicio administrativo en la Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, 2016, toda vez que los datos de la estadística descriptiva muestran porcentajes altos y la estadística inferencial mediante el coeficiente r de Pearson (r = 0.853) confirma la correlación.

The research have aimed at achieving the degree of Master in Administration with a mention in Public Management and for this reason the problem arose What relationship exists between the organizational culture and the administrative service at the National University of Education Enrique Guzman y Valle, 2016? The population was made up of 438 non teachin staff with of this superior house of studies sample population 150 workers to whom two questionnaires were applied based on the variables under study. The research was developed under a correlational design, the sampling was probabilistic with proportional affixation. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the organizational culture and the administrative service at the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education, 2016, since the data of the descriptive statistics show high percentages and inferential statistics through Pearson's r coefficient (r = 0.853) confirms the correlation.
