The present title research: effects of the rpr awareness program on the delinquency rate of the property tax of the residents of the Saposoa district, 2019. Its objective was to determine the effect of the RPR awareness program on the property delinquency rate of the property tax. the residents of the district of Saposoa, 2019. I present a correlative quantitative approach of non-experimental design, the population consisted of 1469 registered dwellings and the sample was 305 dwellings in the district of Saposoa. A questionnaire was used as instruments to indicate whether or not I participate in the awareness program and document analysis guide to identify the amounts of the debts of each resident of the Saposoa district. After the test of the hypothesis, it is concluded that the effect of the RPR awareness program on the delinquency rate of the property tax of the residents of the district of Saposoa, 2019. It was favorable since it presents a negative correlation -0.815 and a coefficient determination equivalent to 66. % which explains in that degree the behavior of the awareness program indicating that the higher the awareness the lower delinquency rates are reduced. And that the neighbors who were not part of the awareness program have a delinquency rate of the property tax of 69%, while those who participated reduced their rate of property delinquency to 36%. In this way the hypothesis is accepted.
