The objective of this research work is to reveal the personal relevance of the parental role on the knowledge of fraternal participation; That is, parents, paying attention to remote education in children at the initial level. That is why in the field of distance education it is a latent antecedent in teaching; Likewise, the importance of ICTs is emphasized since they have a predominant role in the methods designed by the teaching staff. Likewise, the information collected in this research constitutes a great contribution to the educational community; since, it is intended to satisfy the needs and demands of the current environment, in addition, the main objective is defined, which is to “describe the strategies that initial level teachers use to promote parental involvement in the framework of remote education in I.E No. 130 Oscar Bravo Ratto from the La Molina district.” So, the thesis refers to a qualitative methodological approach and is descriptive in nature, the evidence shows that teachers at the initial level put into practice dialogue to integrate their parents and establish closeness to the school. Likewise, it is learned that the association between school and parents are not in close relationship, which affects the involvement of the father in various tasks carried out by the teacher. Even work and family factors emerge that intervened in an untimely manner in the participation of the parental guardian in the educational process of their children.
