The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the Role Playing strategy and the communication style in the non-verbal element. For this purpose, a descriptive study was carried out considering as a sample the pre-professional internship students of the VI cycle of the specialties of electronics and computing and telecommunications and computing. During the teaching-learning process, the pre-professional internship students sometimes made use of an appropriate assertive communication style in the non-verbal element look-smile, and they also sometimes had an adequate assertive communication style in the non-verbal element physical contact- distance during class development and in terms of their interpersonal values in communication with their students they sometimes demonstrate friendly treatment, also in terms of decision making they sometimes express their ideas and prioritize them. Concluding that there is a relationship between the role-playing strategy and the assertive communication style in the non-verbal element of the pre-professional internship students of the Academic Department of Electronics and Telematics of the Enrique Guzmán y Valle National University of Education, during the year 2017.
