The present study was conducted to determine the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction among employees in three Chiclayan clinics post-pandemic; the first specific objective was to assess the level of job motivation, and the second was to gauge the level of job satisfaction among employees of three clinics in Chiclayo post-pandemic Marshall Sashkin's theoretical model (1968) was used for the variable of job motivation, and Font Roja's theoretical model (2016) was used for the variable of job satisfaction. The sample consisted of 123 employees from three Chiclayan clinics. The results indicate that both job motivation and job satisfaction show a low positive correlation. In terms of job motivation, the majority of employees are situated at average levels, with a notable concern for job security, as well as a certain degree of social disconnection in the work environment. Additionally, employees' self-esteem and pursuit of self-realization show potential for improvement. As for the variable of job satisfaction, a neutral evaluation was found regarding satisfaction with the job, professional competence, and interpersonal relationships. This suggests an adequate adaptation to the work environment, but relationships remain mostly professional without developing into friendships.
