The purpose of this research, called Biosafety Principles to be reinforced in the Nursing staff of the emergency service, was to identify the biosafety principles to improve, since sanitary measures are a doctrine that contributes to achieving attitudes and activities to reduce the spread of hospital-acquired infections that are a cause of concern for both the health professional and the patient. It is a research study that was developed under the EBE methodology, the five composite stages were applied within a dynamic and constant procedure. As Sackett deduces, the starting point is the description of the problem. What biosafety principles should be reinforced in emergency service nursing personnel? The bibliographic search was carried out in search engines such as GOOGLE ACADEMICO, virtual libraries such as Alicia, SCIELO, scientific journals from various websites such as SCIENDO, MAGAZINE of Research and Innovation in Nursing, and others; Therefore, 12 investigations were selected estimating norms such as: publication date, entry to the entire publication, submitting to Gálvez Toro's list. Ultimately, a research article was chosen, which was analyzed with the Astete Reading Guide. The answer was that their level of knowledge must be reinforced, attitudes and behaviors must be improved, the appropriate use of biosafety standards in this way allows us to improve work performance and thus minimize infections between health personnel and the patient.
