Violencia familiar y prevalencia de la dependencia emocional en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa de Piura, 2023

Abstract

La finalidad de la presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre Violencia Familiar y Prevalencia de la Dependencia emocional en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa de Piura. El estudio es de tipo básica-correlacional, la muestra fue no probalística intencional constituida por 145 estudiantes de género masculino pertenecientes a 4to y 5to de secundaria, sus edades oscilan entre 15 a 18 años, a quienes se les aplicó la Escala de Violencia Familiar (VIFA) y el Inventario de Dependencia Emocional, se realizó el análisis de los resultados mediante la frecuencia Rho de Spearman, en los resultados entre las dos variables se encontró correlación moderada de (rho=0,547) (54%), así mismo resaltar la significancia de 0, la cual es menor al p-valor (0,05), en el nivel de Violencia Familiar se obtuvo un porcentaje de (66,9%) ubicándose en un nivel regular, en el nivel de Prevalencia de la Dependencia Emocional con un porcentaje de (76,6%) situándose en un nivel alto. Por ello se concluyó que existe una relación positiva entre ambas variables de estudio en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa de Piura, 2023.

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between family violence and prevalence of emotional dependence in high school students of an educational institution in Piura. The study is of a basic-correlational type, the sample was intentional non-probabilistic and consisted of 145 male students belonging to 4th and 5th year of high school, their ages ranged from 15 to 18 years, to whom the Family Violence Scale (VIFA) and the Emotional Dependence Inventory were applied, the analysis of the results was carried out using Spearman's Rho frequency, In the results between the two variables a moderate correlation of (rho=0.547) (54%) was found, also highlighting the significance of 0, which is less than the p-value (0.05), in the level of Family Violence a percentage of (66.9%) was obtained, placing it in a regular level, in the level of Prevalence of Emotional Dependence with a percentage of (76.6%) placing it in a high level. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a positive relationship between both study variables in high school students of an educational institution in Piura, 2023.
