In this pre-feasibility study for the installation of a chia juice production plant, in the province of Arequipa, various aspects will be seen:It begins by defining the general and specific objectives, as well as the justification of the project, subsequently, through a market study, the potential demand for the degree of acceptance and the characteristics that our product should have will be determined.Once the market study has been carried out, the determination of the optimal size of the project will be presented based on aspects such as the market, investment and profitability, subsequently defining the optimal location for the project.It is considered that because it is an innovative project, it is vitally important to emphasize the development of the project's engineering, carefully detailing the production process of the product to be provided, the plant distribution, as well as the production plan of all types of requirements for carry out the project.In the same way, the organizational structure will be determined, also establishing the type of society.Finally, in the last chapters, the amount and structure of the investment, the sources of financing, the levels of income and expenses will be detailed, so that through the economic and financial evaluation, we can analyze and evaluate the profitability of the project.
