The overall objective of this study is to identify the level of employment of graduates in the career of Agricultural Production in the operating unit of “CEFOP La Libertad” in Viru and the level of employer´s satisfaction. For this study is a certain type of research required: No experimental /descriptive, because they measure and describe the variables as presented in reality. The level of study that reached this research is descriptive. The study samples include graduates of the years 2012, 2013 and 2014 and their respective employers. Among the main results of the study, it can be mentioned: 1. The level of employability of graduates is good: 90.1% of graduates are formal employed (work under contract, the remuneration received is equal to or greater than the minimum living wage, working 48 hours a week and have social benefits) and are active in their field of study (works within the scope of his career). Additionally you can specify that 86% of graduates are working and 81.6% will get a job within the first month after their graduation. 2. The level of satisfaction of employers regarding skills (basic, generic and specific) in general is good, reaching 96.7%: 87.1% of employers have good satisfaction with basic skills, 96.8% for generic skills and 100% for specific skills. 3. Among the main skills demanded by employers that should be improved are: a. Basic skills: work under pressure, innovation, communication, ethics, decision making and improve their ability in mathematical calculations and their capacity of interpretation. b. Generic competences: organizational skills, self-confidence and leadership. c. Specific skills: training in irrigation systems, training procedures of quarantine and physio-phenological analysis, and knowledge of GLOBAL GAP procedures.
