Análisis de viabilidad: ruta gastronómica histórico – cultural de Pueblo Libre

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende determinar la factibilidad de un producto turístico de índole gastronómica en el distrito de Pueblo Libre, con un enfoque que revaloriza el carácter histórico y cultural del mismo. Para ello, se ha realizado un estudio del contexto actual a nivel nacional y las tendencias a nivel global; así como la respectiva investigación de campo de demanda y oferta. Además, considerando a todos los actores involucrados se hicieron entrevistas a profundidad al sector público y privado. Así, a lo largo de esta investigación, se conocerá el proceso en detalle y, finalmente, el resultado obtenido.

This work aims to determine the feasibility of a gastronomic tourist product in Pueblo Libre district, with an approach that enhances the historical and cultural character of it. To this end, a study of the current context has been carried out at the national level and global trends; as well as the respective field of demand and supply research. In addition, considering all the actors involved, in-depth interviews were conducted with the public and private sector. Thus, throughout this investigation, the process will be known in detail and, finally, the result obtained.
