This research work called the participation of indigenous women's organizations in the prior consultation of the Regulations of the Forestry and Wildlife Law. Case: ONAMIAP and FENMUCARINAP, analyzes the participation of representative organizations of indigenous women in the process of prior consultation of the Regulations of the Forestry and Wildlife Law. The method of procedure is based on a case study of the political/social actors participating in the RLFFS consultation: representatives of indigenous women's organizations, ONAMIAP and FENMUCARINAP, representatives of indigenous organizations, AIDESEP and CCP, representatives of the State, SERFOR, CULTURE and OMBUDSMAN OFFICE. The research problem starts from the experience of indigenous women in the RLFFS consultation, which are analyzed together with the national and international regulatory framework on prior consultation. Likewise, the case is analyzed from the approaches of human rights, gender, intersectionality and interculturality. All of them will work based on a series of concepts related to patriarchy, machismo, discrimination, which represent serious barriers in the development of indigenous women. Finally, the conclusions reached in this research work, although it is not possible to apply to all cases of prior consultation, will serve as a reference to the Peruvian State in order to adopt appropriate policies, programs and mechanisms or procedures in relation to the promotion of the participation of indigenous women in the prior consultation.
