Fortalecimiento en mujeres pertenecientes a un centro cultural en El Agustino

Abstract

La siguiente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir las percepciones sobre el Fortalecimiento en mujeres pertenecientes a un Centro Cultural en El Agustino. Para ello se planteó trabajar bajo una metodología cualitativa de enfoque fenomenológico- hermenéutico a través de la recolección de entrevistas semi estructuradas a siete mujeres participantes del Centro Cultural Waytay. En los resultados se muestra, que bajo las experiencias artísticas comunitarias (teatro, música y pasacalles) que se viven en el Centro son importantes; reconocer sus capacidades y logros, la creación de vínculos significativos conformándose un espacio confiable y familiar, y la formación de redes posibilitando el protagonismo así como tomar decisiones en espacios con distintos grupos culturales y en sus propios barrios o contextos, trayendo como consecuencia una nueva forma de ver y actuar sobre la realidad a través de cuestionamientos y reflexiones debido que desde su actuar artístico comunitario se visiona a un objetivo social y político.

In order to achieve this describe the perceptions about Empowerment in women belonging to a Cultural Centre in El Agustino, Lima, Perú a phenomenological- hermeneutical approach was conducted. Study was conducted using a qualitative methodology through semi-estructured interviews with seven participant women of Centro Cultural WAYTAY. The results show that community art experiences (theatre, music, parades) are important in the Cultural Centre. They allow women to recognize their abilities and achievements, the creation of significative bonds wich derive into a confident and familiar space, the establishment of networks that allow them to be the protagonists and decision makers in different spaces such as cultural groups, in their own neighbourhood or context, bringing as a consequence a new way of seeing and acting on reality through questioning and reflections due to the social and political aims followed by their artistic acting.
