The aim of this research is indentify the emic well being structure components of a “Comité de Monitoreo y Vigilancia Socioambiental Participativo” from Villa el Salvador. Committee which is conformed by the presidents of 10 Asentamientos Humanos (AAHH). This research is based on Yamamoto's research line and the well being components: needs, valuesand resources.For this, was used the “Entrevista de Componentes Emicos de Bienestar (ECB)” applyed to the whole committee which is conform by ten members. The majority is gender male (M=60%) (F=40%). The group ́s age comprends a range of 40 years (Min=24-Max=64). Needs indentify are “Family”, “Community participation” and “Work”. The findings emphasize the need of having a good relationship with their relatives and neighbors, in that order,as priorities as well as having a job which involves security need. The identified values are "Contribution to community" "Go ahead" and "Honor”, soa person valued by the CMVAP contributes to the development of his community, is honored and seeks better economic conditions for himself and his family. The main resource is "Self". In this, the interviewees perceive that they have the possibility of being causal agents in the satisfaction of their needs.
