The purpose of the study is to improve the learning of Physics II of Industrial and Systems Engineering students at UNI, through the implementation of Ubiquitous Learning. The researchers designed and applied an innovative pedagogical tool that they called "VitaMemo" (abbreviation of the expression "Vitamin for Memory"), consisting of deliveries of educational information on Google Forms, which was transmitted over the Internet, via WhatsApp. The tool is aimed at consolidating previous knowledge and reinforcing new learning. The first part of the VM, called “you will remember”, provides a review of the main ideas of the previous class to reduce forgetting or obliteration. The second part is the "forecast", which provides the main ideas of the next class, giving previous knowledge and ideas-anchor or sub sumps (Ausbel theory), allowing the significant learning of new knowledge. The VM allowed the teacher to reflect on their practice to improve it. Surveys of the students' perception of the VitaMemo were applied, and interviews were conducted to investigate changes in the teacher's methodology. The reflective diary and the field notebook recorded the occurrences during the classes, for their analysis. We started this report with the introduction, then the theoretical framework reviews scientific theories, definitions and concepts; then the methodological framework, from there we explain the improvement proposal, then the results of the field work are reviewed, the surveys are analyzed and triangulated with data from the reflective diary and field notebook, to arrive at conclusions and recommendations. The VitaMemo have generated in students a greater commitment to learning and collaborative work. The teacher has improved his pedagogical practice, making it more attractive and effective.
