This research work aimed to analyze how emotional development strategies influence the school performance of 4th grade students of a Public Educational Institution in Ccahuaryo-Cusco. To understand this aspect, it is important to know what are the strategies that allow the proper development of the cognitive aspect in school performance. Emotional development includes the ability to self-manage, self-regulate, understand the emotions of oneself and others, have the social skills to interact and relate, this also implies contributing with students in an emotional education in order to train in integrity.As for the subjects of this study, there were 28 students at the basic primary level, both female and male, between 9 and 10 years of age. The research was carried out in a qualitative, correlational way and to collectthe research inquiry, the following general hypothesis was proposed: there is an influence between the use of pedagogical strategies for emotional development and school performance in the 4th grade students. Ofthe Educational Institution 50494 Ccarhuayo.
