The thesis addresses the emotional problems of postpartum mothers in Lima, specifically in the ABC socioeconomic sectors. "SUPERMAMAPP" is proposed as a comprehensive solution to face these emotional challenges. The document validates the desirability, feasibility and feasibility of this solution, and presents a detailed implementation plan for its launch. The thesis is structured in eight chapters that cover various aspects of the problem. Firstly, the importance of addressing emotional problems in postpartum mothers is highlighted, since these can have a significant impact on their well-being and that of their families. In addition, current solutions and services available on the market are analyzed, identifying unmet demands that require more effective intervention. User research is essential in this context, as it defines the profile of mothers and highlights the need for emotional support, using tools such as the user meta canvas and the user experience map to better understand their needs. For the design of the "SUPERMAMAPP" product, the "Design Thinking" methodology is applied. In this process, the stages of generating ideas, developing the narrative and creating a solid value proposition are detailed. Next, a business model is proposed that evaluates its viability through an analysis of the market segment, the value proposition and possible sources of income. This comprehensive approach ensures that the solution is not only desirable to users, but also viable and cost-effective for large-scale implementation. In the final chapters, the validity of the business model hypotheses is confirmed through experiments and simulations. The financial results are promising, showing an economic NPV of S/ 3.957.296,30 and an economic IRR of 318%. In addition, the sustainability of the solution is evaluated, highlighting a social NPV of S/3,675,301. This analysis highlights the project's contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDGs 3, 5 and 10, which address health, gender equality and the reduction of inequalities. Finally, an implementation plan is presented that includes a detailed schedule and a comprehensive description of the work team necessary to carry out the project. This plan is focused on launching the "SUPERMAMAPP" application and providing comprehensive emotional support to mothers, with the aim of improving their well-being and contributing positively to the community. With this approach, it is expected to generate a significant impact at both the individual and social levels.
