The mining operation Constancia, a company managed by Hubday, has its operations in the District of Velille, Province of Chumbivilcas and Department of Cusco, whose operations are open pit, being diesel fuel the main input and engine in its operations, used in all processes of the mining, daily consumption of 30 thousand gallons average, data collected from the logistics area. For this reason, the work entitled: "Improvement of the fuel dispatch process of the Constancia mining operation" is presented, whose objective is to implement a fuel auto-dispatch system that will allow controlling the correct allocation of cost centers and fuel control of equipment in real time. In the methodological field, it is of a descriptive and applicative type of quasi-experimental design working with a population of light equipment fleets (vans, minivans, etc.) and heavy equipment (giant mining trucks), from which samples were taken; with the perspective that the population is an entire sample because the mining company has the purpose of implementing an improvement project with respect to the results of this research work. Regarding the data collection techniques, two fuel auto-dispatching systems were selected: EASY FUEL (Assac Company) and K800 Hybrid (EMPTEC Company). After data processing, the appropriate one was selected whose auto-dispatching system is K800 Hybrid, since in the total acquisition cost there is a difference of 27,778.61 dollars with differences in its advantages and disadvantages.
