The main purpose of this research work is to present the Project Management Office project proposal, an organization that supports the project management of INPROMAYO EIRL, a provider of services to the mining sector, in order to meet the high demand for work of management and improvement of projects and services. For the proposal of the PMO (Project Management Office) the PMO Value Ring methodology will be used, which offers us several benefits, processes and indicators, based on this methodology the design proposal of the PMO is elaborated, allowing to adapt to different business models, for this reason it is taken as a reference to develop this research work. To obtain the expected results of the PMO design, we will have to follow the following steps: In the first place, a validation of the interested parties is carried out to understand the key problems related to the management of projects within INPROMAYO EIRL. Second, an organizational distribution for the PMO is proposed to support INPROMAYO EIRL in project management. Third, the processes that support the PMO will be designed. Fourth, a design plan for the execution of the PMO processes is drawn up. As a last point, a financial estimate is made based on the business case, in which the financial and non-financial advantages after the design of the PMO are presented. In addition to the return on investment in the project.
