Introduction: This project was carried out in the district of Surco, Lima during the period from May to June 2020 during the Covid19 pandemic, in a house inhabited by 5 persons where one of them acted as a health promoter. This district has a total population of 360 400 inhabitants and life expectancy at birth is 79.45 years; According to the MINSA, there is a 90% prevalence of caries in Peru. Project description: Based on an analysis of those involved, it was identified that the family members had regular oral hygiene and an unbalanced diet, therefore, two specific objectives were established to promote oral health habits and a healthy diet. Educational sessions, demonstration workshops, diet control and brushing, among other activities, were developed. Virtual resources and direct supervision were used. Results: Progress monitoring and a final evaluation of the results are carried out. 100% of the members increased their knowledge of oral health and diet. The frequency of brushing increased from 2 to 3 times daily, the effectiveness for the brushing technique was 100% and the effectiveness in terms of distribution of food in the diet was 100%. Conclusion: The Project was effective for the promotion of oral health and diet in a family environment, being successful in the context of the Covid19 pandemic.
