The present scientific research analyzes the application of the ARARIWA Microfinance Community Bank (microcredit) methodology in improving the income and living conditions of peasant families in the province of Anta, using information collected by surveys of the members of the Communal Banks and secondary information of the Cusco Regional Government. The socioeconomic characteristics of the peasant families of the province of Anta and the methodology of Community Banks applied by ARARIWA Microfinance, identifying the impacts that they look for in the partners. Then, based on the surveys applied to peasant families, a cause-andeffect analysis is established, which explains how access to microcredit impacts on production and income level, concluding changes in the economic and personal level of the participating families that access the Communal Banks. Finally, it analyzed the incidence of the Communal Banks in the improvement of the economy and the living conditions of the participating families, estimating the relationship of influence of the years of participation in the Communal Banks, the destination of the credit and the reason for saving families on family per capita income, where the results calculated by the economic process of ordinary least squares (OLS) allow us to conclude that: the application of the methodology of Communal Banks improved income per family and therefore improved the conditions of life of the participating families.
