ABSTRACT Chapter 1: The present work has the overall aim to increase operational efficiency in the production area of the company Ipsycom Ingenieros S.R.L. with the design and management of operations. For this, a study of the production processes of the four best-selling products, which are MKN 28 Flow pump shaft, electric pump flange, coupling pump and bowl was held. Production times of each product were taken and then analyze time delivery of orders. Chapter 2: Through these referenced in this work, the investigation, it was checked that through the application of management operations (Distribution plant, Forecasts, Added Plan and Master Plan) operational efficiency of an enterprise increases. Furthermore, the theoretical basis and the definition of basic terms the credibility of the thesis was based in terms of the methods applied, procedures and plannings made . Chapter 3: Is taken into account that the proposed problem is divided into two variables: an independent, call Management Operations and the other dependent, called Operational Efficiency. From them has indicators that will be subsequently measured to obtain the benefits of the comparison of the before with the after. Chapter 4: For the realization of this work were used instruments for data collection that were: interview, direct observation, document analysis and questionnaire. Chapter 5: A diagnosis situacional of the company by prioritizing existing problems was made, highlighting like main problem; operations mismanagement, shown in Ishikawa diagram. The production process of the four selected products are evaluated through process diagrams: flowcharts, circuit diagrams, operations diagram. Later the design proposal was made, which he began with the application of engineering methods, the collection of production history, making forecasts, the aggregate Master Plan and Production Plan. These were achieved implement filling formats developed in the design of the proposal. Was found the average of the looseness, of operatives: 70% and looseness of machinery: 47%. It was analyzed the costs of different modalities taken of the Added Plan. The Plan Workforce and Variable Production, with inventories and overtime was the modality of minor cost total annual projected. Also the Master Production Plan was made. Finally, the cost-benefit analysis was performed. Chapter 6: In this chapter comparing the variables it is made according to the situation assessment and after the implementation of the proposed improvement. With the application of management operations it showed an improvement in all measured indicators. The most important thing was that the cost of the Plan Added decreased markedly in S / 76,396.78 nuevos soles, this means that the new Workforce plan and Variable Production, with inventories and Overtime is more effective and less costly.
