The present research work seeks to know the factors that will be part of the success of the international sale of the software "OPTIABI" of the company OPTIMEDIOS to the market of Ecuador, specifically in the city of Quito where there are 102 Optics registered. Peru has not been recognized as a country that is a power in the software industry, since it is not so developed in our territory despite having the professionals capable of doing so, so cases like the one of the company investigated contribute to the progressive growth of this business and the specialization of the management of administrative processes by companies with chains or branches that need to use computer tools or also called information and communication technologies (ICT) for the improvement and control of each of their headquarters and their administrative processes In addition, emphasis has been placed on the intention to increase the export of this service to the neighboring country of Ecuador because it has shown through incentive policies a greater growth of its software industry in general, both in purchase-sale and development thereof. , which makes it an attractive target not only for the specific niche market that includes "OPTIABI", but also for other Peruvian companies that wish to venture into the export of their programs.
