The present research work called; "Evaluation of the noise level applying NTP ISO 9612-2010 and implementation of preventive measures in the installation of fire pipes in building construction -Arequipa". Describes part of the fire pipeline qualification process, whose activity involves the use of noise-generating machines and equipment. The objective of this research is to evaluate the noise level applying the Peruvian Technical Standard, taking as a sample 3 technicians, the data obtained by the measurements were used to carry out an approach to each of the stages indicated by the standard. The calculations defined the exposure and possible damage generated by noise to each worker. It is determined that according to the noise evaluation using a dosimeter and applying strategy 3 of the ISO NTP ISO 9612-2010 standard, there is a result of 88.3 dB and a daily dose of 107.17% which corresponds to the worker; Using a sound level meter and applying the strategy 1 of assessment by tasks of the ISO NTP ISO 9612-2010 standard, a result of 87.3 dB corresponding to each task is obtained. Finally, as preventive measures implemented in the face of noise exposure, training was carried out to the workers who had knowledge on issues related to their physical integrity, the next measure was the implementation of PPE's, which were analyzed by the OSHA formulas demonstrating a reduction of 13.39% for earmuffs and 10.63% for earplugs. Reaching compliance with the maximum permissible limits for noise level exposed in the S.D. 024-2016-EM demonstrating that earmuffs effectively reduce the daily noise dose.
