ABSTRACT The present research Electronic Commerce System in the Quinde Ex Craft Company for the export of handcrafted textiles city of washignton - united states, year 2017 presents as general objective To develop the electronic commerce system business to consumer (B2C) in the process of selling Quinde Ex craft products to start marketing to the US market Washington city, presenting the specific objectives: Identify the characteristics of the electronic commerce system in the sales process of craft products, set the technological requirements for the implementation of the trading system Electronic B2C, to know uses, habits and preferences of the frequent customers that acquire textile trough and to realize a business plan for the export of crafts of Quinde Ex. From the analysis of the sales process established by Quinde Ex, the percentage of sales did not surpass 34 thousand soles annually, having a decrease in sales in the period 2014-2015, due to the situation and social chaos that occurred in the period 2013 ; Making a detailed projection establishes that Quinde Ex has had a growth of 2% in spite of the difficulties mentioned above, it is intended that with the development of the electronic commerce system can market its products in international markets as is the case of France, Germany And the United States, through the product promotion strategies set out in the business plan. The main uses, habits and preferences of the millennia or generation of the year 2000 is the use of the internet to perform basic activities such as the acquisition and sale of products through the WORLD WIDE WEB, social networks and specialized web pages this segment Is between the ages of 28 and 30, the frequency of the use of technology to carry out the purchasing process presents a sustained increase in recent years of 3%, this generation is informed through social networks of offers and innovative products Which do not exist in local markets.
