Title: Comportamiento de compra del consumidor de bares de coctelería en la ciudad de Trujillo

Abstract: RESUMEN La presente investigación plantea determinar el comportamiento de compra del consumidor de bares de coctelería en la ciudad de Trujillo. Para ello, la investigación tiene como base los elementos que utiliza el modelo de comportamiento de consumidor de Roger D. Blackwell, Paul W. Miniard, James F. Engel (2002). Esta investigación descriptiva, se realizó mediante el estudio cualitativo a hombres y mujeres profesionales entre 25 a 50 años de edad de los niveles socioeconómicos AB y C+, que gustan de ir a bares de coctelería y viven en la ciudad de Trujillo, la misma que se efectuó en el mes de Julio del 2016. En consecuencia, la investigación analiza el comportamiento del proceso de compra de los consumidores de bares de coctelería, donde se conocerán sus hábitos y preferencias, su proceso de información sobre los bares de coctelería en relación a los medios de comunicación, el comportamiento de compra de antes, durante y después de su consumo en un bar de coctelería, los atributos que valoran en un bar de coctelería, y las percepciones acerca del servicio recibido y esperado. Finalmente, como resultado del análisis, así como la aplicación de la herramienta cualitativa, se presentan los hallazgos y recomendaciones relativas a los puntos más importantes a considerar en el comportamiento de compra del consumidor de bares de coctelería, los mismos que servirán para que los dueños de este tipo de bares ofrezcan a su consumidor final un servicio que supere sus expectativas, así como se motive la realización de otras investigaciones relacionadas a las actividades de entretenimiento, estudios etnográficos sobre la cultura etílica del consumidor trujillano y/o peruano y estudios adicionales para complementar el comportamiento de compra del consumidor de bares a nivel local y/o nacional. ABSTRACT The present research has as main objective to identify the attributes and characteristics of the consumer's purchasing behavior of the cocktail bars in the city of Trujillo. For that, the investigation is based on the consumer behavior model of Roger D. Blackwell, Paul W. Miniard, and James F. Engel (2002). This research took place by using qualitative research methods applied to professional men and women between 25 and 50 years old of the socio-economic levels AB and C+, who like to go to cocktails bar and who live in the city of Trujillo. The investigation was made in the month of july of 2016. Consequently, this research analyzes the behavior of the consumer's purchasing process. Throughout the investigation we will discover where their habits and preferences, the way the consumers process the information that receive from the media about cocktails bar, the purchasing behavior after, during and after consumption, the most valued attributes, and the perceptions about the service received and expected. Finally, as a result of the analysis and the application of the qualitative research methods, we present the most important findings and recommendations related to the most important points to consider on the consumer behavior of the cocktail bar, the same that will serve to the owners of the cocktails bar to offer a service that exceeds the expectations of the consumers, and also will serve to encourage more research about consumer behavior in entertainment topics, more ethnographic researches and national investigations to complement the consumer profile of cocktail bar consumers in a local and national level.
