Abstract: El sistema logístico en una empresa es considerado como uno de los pilares ya que
gracias a un buen control y manejo del sistema logístico se puede llevar un mejor control
de las existencias y funcionamiento correcto en las empresas, el objetivo de la presente
Revisión Sistemática es determinar cuáles con las herramientas y metodologías utilizadas
para mejorar el sistema logístico en las empresas en los últimos 7 años (2012 al 2018) para
ello se revisaron diferentes fuentes de información entre ellas el repositorio de la
Universidad Privada del Norte, Redalyc, entre otros, se ha tomado en cuenta en la
investigación solo aquella información que haga referencia a mejoras en el sistema
logístico de las empresas, se concluyó que las herramientas y metodólogas más utilizadas
para las mejoras en el sistema logístico son: la clasificación ABC, diagramas de Pareto,
gestión de inventarios, gestión de almacenes y distribución LayOut.
The logistic system in a company is considered as one of the pillars since thanks to a good control and management of the logistic system it is possible to take a better control of the stocks and correct operation in the companies, the objective of the present Systematic Review is to determine which with the tools and methodologies used to improve the logistics system in companies in the last 7 years (2012 to 2018) for this purpose, different sources of information were reviewed, among them the repository of the Universidad Privada del Norte, Redalyc, among others, has taken into account in the research only that information that refers to improvements in the logistics system of companies, it was concluded that the most used tools and methodologies for improvements in the logistics system are: ABC classification, Pareto diagrams, management of inventories, warehouse management and LayOut distribution.
