Abstract: El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad económica y financiera para constituir una empresa dedicada a la comercialización de repuestos, partes y accesorios automotrices para vehículos de servicio de transporte pesado, en la ciudad de Trujillo. La idea consiste en implementar un local donde se comercialicen repuestos, partes y accesorios automotrices para vehículos de servicio de transporte brindando garantía, seguridad y confianza en los productos, complementado por un excelente servicio, asesoría mecánica e información técnica, amplia gama de productos y un eficiente sistema de comercialización para lograr fidelizar al cliente y por ende la rentabilidad de la empresa, llegando a ser una empresa líder en la ciudad. La empresa en proyecto tendrá una capacidad máxima de 12,980 productos (repuestos) comenzando en el primer período con el 70% del mercado objetivo (10,075), para lo cual se requiere una inversión de S/.355,997.50 Nuevos Soles, que será financiada en un 80% con aporte propio, que asciende a la suma de S/.284,798 y 20%, que representa a S/.71,199.50 con préstamo del Banco Interbank. Dicha inversión se recuperará en 04 años y 02 meses de iniciada las operaciones. El proyecto tiene un horizonte de 05 años, el Costo de capital para el inversionista es de 12.35%, el beneficio costo es de 2.18, es decir por cada nuevo sol invertido se recuperará S/.2.18 Nuevos Soles. El equipo de trabajo que estará encargado de poner en marcha el presente proyecto, está conformado por dos bachilleres de la carrera de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad Privada del Norte de la ciudad de Trujillo, departamento de La Libertad; quienes son: Giuliana Armas Aguilar y Yakeline Reyna Ulloa. La presente investigación concluye que el proyecto es rentable, con un VANE real 374,922.43, VANF real de 372,881.47 ambos montos positivos, respecto al costo promedio ponderado de capital (Wacc). La TIRE es de 35.78% y la TIRF de 40.12%, ambas tasas son superiores al CCPP.

The present study has as objective to determine the economic and financial viability to constitute a company dedicated to commercialization of spare parts, automotive parts and accesories for vehicles of heavy transport in the city of Trujillo. The idea is to implement a place where spare parts, automotive parts and accesories for vehicles of service of heavy transport are commercialized offering guarantee, security and confindende in the products complemented by an excellent service, mechanical advising and technical information, wide range of products and a efficent system of commercialization to achieve in customer loyalty and hence the profitability of the company, becoming and leader company in the city. The joint Project will have a maximun capacity of 12980 products (supplies) starting in the first period with 70% of the objective market (10,075) for which requires and investment of S/.355, 997.50 soles, to be funded on a 80% local contribution that ascends to the sum of 284,798 and 20% representing S/. 71,199.50 from an Interbank Bank. This invesment will pay off in 04 years and 02 months after the starting operations. The project has horizon of 05 years, the cost of capital for investors is 12.35%, the benefit cost is 2.18 this means that for one sol invested will recover 2.18 soles. One the other hand the group of job are conformed by two students of the enterprise admnistration career of the University Prívate of North of Trujillo- La libertad. Who are Giuliana Armas Aguilar and Yakeline Reyna Ulloa. This research concludes that the project is profitable, with a real Present Economic Net Value (VANE) of 374,922.43 also with a real Present Financial Net Value (VANF) of 372,881.47, both positives amounts, with respect to weigthed average cost of capital (WACC) the Economic Internal Rate of Return (TIRE) is of 35.78% and the Financial Internal Rate of Return (TIRF) of 40.12% both rates are higher tan the CPPC.
