Abstract: RESUMEN En la tesis a presentar el objetivo es identificar la influencia de Asociatividad en la comercialización para los productores de flores del Distrito de Namora - Cajamarca, al mercado estadounidense, 2018. Se realizó un análisis del marco internacional, nacional y local de las flores, mostrando las estadísticas de las exportaciones e importaciones principalmente. Se analiza las buenas prácticas de productores de flores para así tomarlas como oportunidad de mejora para los productores del Distrito de Namora – Cajamarca y generar ventaja competitiva. Para desarrollar la investigación se revisó material bibliográfico, además de realizar encuestas a 15 productores de flores y entrevistas a 2 expertos en el tema de producción y comercialización: Ing. Industrial Willy Paredes y al Ing. Forestal Luis Chávez Membrillo, de ésta manera se recopilaron datos en base de las variables de estudio, validando así la hipótesis y se pudo desarrollar la investigación. Se obtuvo como resultado que los productores de flores del Distrito de Namora - Cajamarca, formando una asociación, pueden satisfacer la demanda del mercado de tal manera que les ayudaría a crecer individualmente, mejoras en su producción, aumento de ventas, reducción de costos, tipo de embalaje, cultivo, mayor porcentaje de ganancias, entre otros. Podemos concluir de esta manera, que los productores de flores del Distrito de Namora - Cajamarca, ya asociados pueden incursionar a un nuevo mercado demandante como el estadounidense. ABSTRACT In the thesis to present, the objective is to identify the influence of associative in trading for flower producers in the district of Namora – Cajamarca to the market in United States, 2018. An analysis of the international, national and local market was carried out showing mainly statistics of exports and imports. Good praxis of flower producers is analyzed so that to take them as an opportunity for improvement for the producers in the district of Namora – Cajamarca so as to generate competitive advantage. In order to do the research, bibliographical material was revised, as well as surveys were carried out to 15 flower producers. In addition to this, interviews were conducted to 2 experts in the production and marketing field: Willy Paredes, Industrial Engineer and Luis Chavez Menbrillo, Forestal Engineer, by doing so data was gathered considering the study variables thus validating hypothesis and developing research. As a result, producers of flowers in the District of Namora could meet the market demand by forming and association which will help them to grow individually, improve their production, increase their sales, reduce costs, type packaging, crops, higher percentage in incomes, among others. We can conclude that the producers of flowers in the District of Namora – Cajamarca, already grouped in a partnership can venture the new demanding markets such as The American market.
