ABSTRACT The Control System Development of Inventaries is indispensable in all enterprises. It’s a great management support to be able to fulfill with the proposed objectives. An adequate control of Inventaries contributes to detect possible lost. The principal objective of thesis is: to determinate the incidency of a system control of Inventaries development by the reduction of lost related to existences in El Paisa Restaurant 2016, It’s for that we made an enterprise diagnosis, evaluating the conduct of Inventaries and storages, after we proposed new designs for the inventary system control, to implant, we applied the proposed ideas getting good results, so with the comprobation we verified, the same with the planned hypothesis that the control system development of Inventaries falled upon significatively in the reduction of losts related to existences . This work was made with academic purposes and we hope that the proposed of a control system of Inventaries at El Paisa restaurant will serve to continue working in the improvement of inventory conducts like for the enterprise future implementation, at the same time, it will serve like reference for future investigations and serve to take correct decitions in the management.
