This research work, entitled "Proposal for the Implementation of a Production Control System to increase the productivity of the company Calzados Adriano SA, Trujillo" has been developed in a problematic situation in which more MSEs have lacked competition due to shortcomings techniques, lack of management, acquisition of reduced inputs and lack of innovation, among other elements that have caused their loss of competitiveness. Based on this, the following problem has been raised: What is the effect of a production control system on the productivity of the Calzados Adriano SA company, Trujillo? This has sought to be answered, with the following general objective : Prepare a proposal for the implementation of a production control system to improve productivity in the Calzados Adriano company, Trujillo, having as a possible answer the following hypothesis: The proposal for the implementation of a production control system improves productivity in the shoe company Adriano, Trujillo. The type of methodology that has been used has been characteristic of an applicative type research, with a quantitative and descriptive design. The results that have been compiled have shown that manufacturing has been involved in the incurrence of a rework that has caused a loss of time of the entire system, taking a total of 480 minutes with an efficiency of 86%. It has been concluded that the proposed improvement has increased efficiency to 89%, reaching production times of 463 minutes. This proposal must be implemented through an investment of 4592 nuevos soles, 80% being financed by the BCP at a TEA of 12%.
