The investigation was carried out in the company Distribuidora Norte Pacasmayo S.R.L. (DINO S.R.L.) Cajamarca dedicated to the production of ready-mix concrete; which, currently does not have a good storage and coating of raw materials, additionally have a reduction resulting from the crushing process; which, led to increases in costs in taking laboratory samples for excessive presence of moisture and in the production process of ready-mix concrete. Therefore, the design and implementation proposal was made to optimize the use of materials in the production of readymixed concrete operations, significantly reducing the company's costs. In order to optimize the use of materials and reduce costs in the area, the researcher has taken references from theoretical bases and has decided to propose the following methodologies and tools: In the optimization of the use of materials; The use of crushed sand (waste from the Over crushing process), the implementation of thermo-panel roofs and the corresponding training were considered. Finally, the implementation of domes was proposed, which allowed the reduction of costs in the taking of laboratory samples, of fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and stone, being generated in the highly positive results in the developed indicators and the economic analysis, which confirm the viability of the investigation. Likewise, it is recommended that the company apply and constantly monitor the tools and methodologies used to maintain and improve the reduction of costs involved in the area.
