The present investigation was developed in the District of Simbal, Province of Trujillo, La Libertad Region, where the Butifor System is proposed as a sustainable measure to combat the appearance of cracks and fissures, which in turn extended the useful life of the pavement in the design of the access road to the Rio Bar Tourist Center, being able to determine the appropriate and correct method, of a paved access road and improved with metallic mesh, where there is the presence of a steep slope; this research project allowed to provide a uniform running surface, resistant, comfortable, aesthetic, environmentally compatible road surface that is safe to withstand vehicular traffic planned for a specific period of time, in addition to improving traffic conditions that facilitate transportation of the necessary supplies to be able to provide the basic recreational services offered by the Tourist Center, and also seeks to improve the living conditions of the public throughout the area of influence, in time, transportation and food; for this purpose, the research I used in the first instance was the DG-2014 Geometric Design Manual, the application of PROES technology, the AASHTO 274 or MTC-E128 test standards (CBR test), ASTM D-1557 or MTC-E115 ( Proctor test), AASHTO 93 (Flexible pavement design) and the general regulations of the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The present investigation has a non-experimental research time, with a transverse design and a descriptive way.
