This research was born by asking us,¿will health workers be happy and have a good working environment in this COVID19 context, specifically in a military health center in the city of Lima, southern Peru? Is there a relationship between the level of happiness and the working environment? The methodology was descriptive level with a correlational descriptive design. 72 participants, it was the sample of health workers (military and civilian) The instruments were: Lima Happiness Scale (Alarcón 2006), Sonia Palma Labor Climate Scale (2004). The results found are that there is a statistically significant relationship between happiness and work environment (rp= 0.339, p < 0.05), an average level of happiness and a favorable level of work environment. In the factors of happiness, it was found in Positive Sense of Life, Joy of Living and Satisfaction with Life, medium level, in the personal fulfillment factor, no significant differences were found. In the factors of Labor Climate a favorable level was obtained. In the correlations, it was obtained that the factor of happiness, positive meaning of life, did not have a significant correlation with all the factors of work environment; in the joy of living factor and the personal fulfillment factor, they obtained a significant correlation with all the work environment factors; In the satisfaction with life factor, there is a significant correlation with the factors of climate, self-realization, supervision, communication, working conditions; no significant correlation can be seen in the labor involvement climate factor.
