Abstract: Debido a la gran problemática dentro de las familias asociado a la pobreza extrema en la cual viven los niños y adolescentes, los cuales son los más perjudicados en estas familias donde existe abuso y maltrato de parte de sus propios familiares. Por ello, el proyecto tiene como objetivo principal la creación de espacios para satisfacer las necesidades de los niños y adolescentes. Los ambientes y espacios del proyecto buscan lo más posible integrar a los niños y adolescentes en los espacios ya sean públicos y privados creando así una interrelación como una familia. El proyecto de albergue y centro ocupacional para niños y adolescentes se ubica en el barrio denominado el Carmen al noreste de la ciudad de Celendín, en la provincia del mismo nombre, en el departamento de Cajamarca. El terreno donde se ubica el proyecto es denominada expansión urbana, es decir hacia la periferia de la ciudad cuenta con una vista hacia la zona agrícola, y la presencia del Rio chico la cual bordea el frontis del terreno, estos elementos naturales hacen más agradable la presencia en esta zona por su arborización y medio natural que lo rodea. La idea del diseño partió como concepto principal de una madre abrazando a su niño, en este caso los brazos que significan la protección y cuidado que envuelven al niño, éstos dos elementos circulares a manera de brazos acogen el diseño volumétrico del albergue, las formas curvas y los volúmenes curvos debido a que sugiere calidez, bienestar y armonía son mucho más familiares, por lo que parecen más naturales. En cuanto a la distribución arquitectónica, el programa está dividido en (09) zonas y (02) zonas, está la zona de ingreso, zona administrativa, zona de atención médica, zona social, zona educativa, zona de servicios generales, zona de residencias, zona recreativa, y estacionamiento. En el aspecto ambiental, se ha pensado en varias alternativas para que el edificio sea sostenible, se ha previsto la reutilización de las aguas del lluvia y el uso de paneles solares. En cuanto a la rentabilidad del proyecto se pensó alquiler espacios como consultorios de la zona médica, aulas para personas particulares. Así mismo se cuenta con un biohuerto y árboles frutales con los cuales se genera ingresos para sostener los gastos en el albergue.
There is a huge concern about children and adolescents living in extreme poverty, besides the signs of abuse and mistreatment committed by their own relatives. Therefore, the main goal of this project is the creation of spaces in order to cover the basic necessities of children and adolescents. The spaces and environments of the project look for the inclusion of children and adolescents at the public and private spaces, creating interrelationship as a family. This project is about shelter and occupational center for children and adolescents and is located at a neighborhood called El Carmen, on the northeast of the city and province of Celendin, in the department of Cajamarca. The location of this land is named urban expansion, in other words, at the periphery of the city, with a view of the agricultural area and the presence of a river called “Rio Chico” bordering the land´s front. Also tree planting and other natural elements increase the pleasant of the zone and natural environment around it. The design star from the idea of a mother holding her child in her arms, meaning protection and childcare. These two circular elements implies the volumetric design of the shelter, its curved shape and volume suggests warmth, wellness and harmony, which may be natural attributes of a family. The program architecture is distributed in nine and two zones respectively, there is an entrance zone, an administrative area, a medical care zone, a social area, an educational area, a general services zone, living areas, recreational area, and parking area. Is already foreseen some alternatives in order to build a sustainable edifice, such as reuse rainwater and the use of solar panels, covering the environmental issue. In order to obtain profits from the project, there are certain spaces, which can be rented as health care offices and classrooms. There is also an organic garden and fruit trees which generates incomes to cover the expenses at the shelter.
