In the present investigation, a methodology is developed that allows us to transform the UTM coordinates to Topographic ones through the use of a graphic model in which the convergence and non-convergence of meridans is taken into account, which will allow us to reference any point on the territory. national, locating Peru between zones 17, 18 and 19, with their respective central meridians -81º, -75º and -69º. For the development of the investigation, the graphic model must contain parallel imaginary lines both from north to south and from east to west, the lines meridians will be separated by 1'30'' in both directions, which will allow us to obtain a grid with geodetic coordinates of each of the vertices (intersection of lines) of the entire terrestrial surface for each work zone. Once the mesh has been elaborated, a codification will be carried out, it will allow us to maintain an order and, in this way, generate quadrangles framed within the horizontal and vertical lines, whose length will also be 1'30' on each side and with a maximum approximate extension of 7.75km2. in which it will be possible to comply with the planimetric requirements demanded by the topography. For the application of the proposed methodology, the data obtained from the projects located in the different areas of the national territory was used, which allows us to conclude that the graphic model has great reliability and versatility in the transformation of UTM coordinates to Topographic with an error that is within the parameters established by the planimetry.
