Estilos de dirección y gestión educativa en instituciones secundarias públicas del distrito de Iquitos – 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación fue definida con la siguiente interrogante: ¿En qué medida los Estilos de Dirección se correlacionan con la Gestión Educativa en las Instituciones educativas públicas del nivel secundario, distrito de Iquitos, en el año 2017? Así mismo presenta el siguiente objetivo: Analizar el tipo de correlación que existe entre los Estilos de Dirección con la Gestión Educativa en las Instituciones Educativas públicas del nivel secundario del Distrito de Iquitos. La metodología que se trabajó son las siguientes: El diseño es No Experimental, del tipo Transaccional; la población fue la siguiente: La muestra, para la investigación fue el 25 % de todos los docentes de las instituciones educativas, los cuales, hacen un número de 57 solo del nivel secundario, utilizando la técnica de la Encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue un cuestionario de preguntas, dirigido a directivos y profesores. Así mismo, se utilizó la técnica del Test de tipo Likert y el Instrumento: Se utilizó dos cuestionarios de preguntas tipo Likert, para medir cada una de las variables en estudio. El resultado más significativo fue el de los docentes encuestados de las Instituciones Educativas del distrito de Iquitos, que participaron en el estudio 31,6% que opina que la gestión educativa es buena, opinan también que el estilo de Dirección es participativo. Así mismo 33,3% que opina que la gestión educativa es regular, opinan también que el estilo de Dirección es autoritario; las principales conclusiones son: que existe relación entre el Estilo de Dirección con la Gestión Educativa de las tres instituciones educativas, con un nivel de significancia de 0,05, es decir; se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna y de los docentes encuestados de las Instituciones Educativas del distrito de Iquitos, que participaron en el estudio, 57,9% indicaron que en su Institución Educativa tienen un estilo autoritario mientras que 42,1% respondió que presentan un estilo participativo.
