This research is part of the line of public health and has as a general objective to relate eating habits, physical activity and academic performance with nutritional status in high school students of “El Milagro” School, Village “Nuevo Milagro”, San Juan Bautista, 2017, with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional approach, the population was 153 with a random simple stratified at random by 110 students. The instruments used were: survey on the frequency of food consumption, academic performance book, regular physical activity questionnaire and nutritional evaluation form. By relating eating habits and normal nutritional status, it was found that 54.5% of students had healthy eating habits; while, 27.3% were located in unhealthy. Regarding physical activity and normal nutritional status, it was found that 48.2% of students have intense physical activity; 26.4% moderate and 7.3% light. With regard to academic performance and nutritional status, it was found that 65.5% of students were promoted, 14.5% required recovery and 1.8% disapproved. Finally, it can be concluded that there is a highly significant statistical relationship between the variable of nutritional status and the variables of eating habits (p <0.01 - p-value = 0.001); physical activity (p <0.05 - p-value = 0.030) and academic performance (p <0.05 - p-value = 0.049).
